Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager 2026

Location: On-site in Belleville, Ontario, Canada

Starting salary: $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements.
• Coordinate and support large manufacturing teams in achieving daily production targets.
• Implement equipment upgrades and product innovations as a startup leader.
• Manage manufacturing equipment, processes, and technical projects.
• Lead quality event investigations, CAPAs, and sustainable corrective solutions.
• Drive loss elimination initiatives to reduce scrap, line losses, and performance reliability losses.

Requirements

• On-site work in Belleville, Ontario is required.
• University degree or final-year studies in engineering, a technical discipline, or another field.
• Leadership, collaboration, and strong communication skills.
• Technical curiosity, critical thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 manufacturing organization.
• Prior manufacturing-site experience is advantageous.
