Continuous Improvement Process Specialist

Location: Canada Glad Plant - Orangeville; onsite

Salary: CAD 71,596–110,257 per year for non-sales roles.

What you will do

• Develop processes supporting plant operations, including project governance, daily problem solving, short-interval control, troubleshooting guides, CIL, centerlines, QC auditing, operational readiness, and skill block progression.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and support project governance across plant teams.
• Coach work teams and participate in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 meetings, Implementation Task Force activities, and Site Steering Committee work.
• Become an expert in the TRACC platform and support its use, training, and navigation.
• Support change management and operational readiness by working with subject matter experts to develop best practices.
• Champion safety, quality, HSE compliance, process capability, and production reliability; lead improvement and capital projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations excellence, continuous improvement, project coordination, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and driving operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and drive accountability and execution.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with TRACC, LEDS, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
