GTM Systems Architect (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in the United States, or from Figma hubs in San Francisco, California, or New York, New York. In-person onboarding is required if hired.

Annual base salary: $140,000–$245,000 USD, plus equity and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert for the partnership organization and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Investigate complex process questions, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Refine workflows and maintain the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem through Experience Cloud.
• Build scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution.
• Coordinate UAT for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and system changes.
• Drive Salesforce adoption, improve user experience, and maintain system configuration documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator, including Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management and support for Sales or Revenue organizations.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge, including integrations, custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and intermediate-complexity configuration.
• Strong data management skills, working knowledge of SQL/SOQL, and understanding of the Salesforce data model.
• Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives independently and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote arrangement.

• Familiarity with a SaaS go-to-market business model.
• Experience in a Scrum or Agile environment.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
