Senior Salesforce Architect (CA): Design, deliver, and continuously improve the Product-to-Cash landscape on Salesforce with an accent on Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ, billing architecture, and end-to-end quote-to-cash flows. Focus on architectural coaching and mentoring, producing HLD/LLD designs, and applying an AI-first approach using Agentforce and Claude-based solutions to close process and technology gaps.

Location: Remote (with travel for in-office events to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City)

Salary: CAD 125,500–139,400 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Coach and mentor engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain, building capability in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing.
• Produce HLD, LLD, and conceptual diagrams; define and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end Product-to-Cash architecture (quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and customer support).
• Architect and govern the billing system and billing platform, including invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning, and revenue recognition flows.
• Design and govern cross-system integrations with the integration team; ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and seamless data flow.
• Apply an AI-first mindset using Agentforce and Claude-based solutions; build POCs and drive remediation of process/technology gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design; 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience (minimum required).
• Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ, including coaching others on configuration patterns and design trade-offs.
• Proven experience producing HLD/LLD and conceptual diagrams, and managing architecture and system roadmaps.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions, including billing systems (invoicing, schedules, payments, dunning, revenue recognition).
• Experience designing and governing cross-system integrations with integration teams.
• AI-first mindset with exposure to Agentforce and Claude-based solutions; strong understanding of security architecture principles.
