Senior Salesforce Architect (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in Canada; travel to offices in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City is required for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

Base salary: CAD 125,500–139,400 plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve the Salesforce Product-to-Cash landscape.
• Own end-to-end architecture across quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and customer support.
• Architect and govern billing systems, including billing schedules, payments, dunning, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs, conceptual diagrams, roadmaps, platform standards, and proof-of-concepts.
• Design and govern integrations with billing, ERP, and other enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Coach and mentor engineers and solution designers and apply Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where they add value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience and at least 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ, including the ability to coach others.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions and working with billing platforms.
• Experience designing cross-system integrations, identifying process and technology gaps, and producing HLDs, LLDs, conceptual diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, security architecture, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps and enterprise managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, or Qualtrics.
• Experience with Agentforce and Claude-based solutions.
