What you will do

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom business logic with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform-aware architecture.
• Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Implement integrations with REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Create automation with Salesforce Flow and declarative tools.
• Deliver maintainable solutions while troubleshooting complex platform and data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience; the position listing specifies 8+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, platform limits, the Salesforce data model, and sharing.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, Flow, declarative automation, Salesforce DX, and source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI, Agentforce, or Experience Cloud development.
