Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and design reliable Salesforce solutions.
• Build high-performance, reusable Apex code and develop proprietary technology for the practice.
• Assess and reduce technical debt across Salesforce Orgs, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Identify bugs, write test classes, maintain more than 80% code coverage, and deploy validated fixes to production.
• Collaborate with engineers, Salesforce consultants, clients, and users while taking ownership of project work and client relationships.
• Create documentation, provide technical training, and maintain security and data integrity across Salesforce environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field.
• 6–8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
• Experience developing customer-facing UI/UX and solving complex software and application issues.
• Salesforce Certified Developer certifications.
• Proficient iPaaS skills with platforms such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
