Maintenance Mechanic

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose sensors, switches, wiring, and control systems up to 480V.
• Maintain molding machines, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and stamping equipment.
• Complete major equipment overhauls and rebuilds while identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Follow LOTO, OSHA, and company safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of maintenance or industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems up to 480V.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including air compressors.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and technical troubleshooting methods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLCs or computer-controlled equipment.
• Knowledge of HAZMAT procedures and safety systems.
• HAZWOPER or Confined Space certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
