Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; on-site plant and clean-room work
Salary: $52,800β$72,600 annually; eligible external hires receive a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on medical IV solution, filling, and packaging manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, drawing packages, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain and repair motor controls, PLCs, robotics, electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and high-speed packaging equipment.
- Respond to equipment, process, and compliance issues, including unscheduled maintenance and trouble calls.
- Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, pre-approvals, signoffs, and CMMS records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Support equipment modifications, upgrades, installations, continuous improvement projects, EHS compliance, and safe plant production.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school training preferred.
- At least 1β2 years of maintenance experience with automated manufacturing machines or equipment.
- Experience with CMMS; Maximo is preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Omron, plus motor controls, variable-speed drives, servos, stepper motors, sensors, and packaging systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical and building drawings, and part diagrams; electrical experience up to 480V three-phase is required.
- Fluent English and authorization to work for an employer in the United States are required. Visa sponsorship or transfer of existing sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with SCADA, EMS, BMS, Cognex, Keyence, and Maximo.
- Experience with high-speed filling and packaging equipment, pick-and-place systems, conveyors, continuous inkjet printing, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
