Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; 2nd shift.

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, align, and dismantle industrial mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform precision and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment, presses, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, rotating equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment and support FANUC robotic welding cells, safety circuits, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Rebuild machinery to OEM specifications and perform alignment, balancing, vibration work, welding, cutting, fabrication, and machining as required.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to install, integrate, and commission new equipment, production lines, line moves, and process changes.
• Document repairs and modifications, identify equipment failure trends, manage maintenance supplies, and support continuous improvement and production uptime.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems from low voltage through 480 volts and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot power and control systems and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, one-lines, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Ability to safely perform lockout/tagout, confined-space, hot-work, and elevated-work procedures and follow applicable safety requirements.
• Employment eligibility, background checks, pre-employment testing, pulmonary function and respirator fit tests are required; a clean-shaven face is required for proper respirator fit.

Nice to have

• 5 or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Continuous Pouring Equipment, robotic welding applications, E-Coat electrocoating equipment, or an electrical minor.
