What you will do

  • Use the Oracle ERP planning system to execute purchasing and supply planning activities.
  • Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness and support material readiness and production availability with key suppliers.
  • Monitor open purchase orders and work directly with suppliers to ensure committed dates are met.
  • Issue purchase orders in Oracle and add or update supplier records as required.
  • Report departmental performance metrics and support strategic and tactical purchasing projects.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate college degree.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Oracle or SAP for procurement.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
