Supply Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Convert global demand plans into actionable supply plans across the brand and distributed brands.
• Manage Open-to-Buy commitments, purchase order timing, and supply planning calendars.
• Develop supplier forecasts and coordinate with factories on capacity, lead times, production schedules, MOQs, and seasonal constraints.
• Monitor global inventory health and recommend stock rebalancing, deployment, and optimization strategies.
• Maintain planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock, replenishment triggers, and master data.
• Lead supply and OTB reviews within the monthly S&OP process and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, procurement, or S&OP.
• Direct experience working with manufacturing partners in China and/or Asia in a long-lead-time finished-goods environment.
• Experience managing supplier forecasts, inventory, capacity planning, purchase commitments, and OTB processes.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience supporting commercial decisions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and professional Mandarin are required.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or a similar supply chain qualification.
• Experience in outdoor, sporting goods, apparel, FMCG, or seasonal product categories.
• Power BI and strong reporting experience.
