TL;DR
Procurement/Purchasing Specialist (Semiconductor): Managing end-to-end procurement operations, including quotation and order review, invoice validation, payment monitoring, supplier coordination, and procurement reporting with an accent on data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. Focus on analyzing pricing and spend data, maintaining ERP records, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting cross-functional process improvements.

What you will do

  • Manage quotation, purchase order, invoice, and payment record reviews.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams and suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies and monitor timely payment execution.
  • Analyze supplier, pricing, and transaction data to prepare procurement reports and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain supplier quotations, pricing records, and procurement data in SAP or other ERP and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and suppliers on daily operations, controls, audits, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system and Power BI or a similar business intelligence tool.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Japanese language capability.
