Operations Trainer (Entry-Level, On-Site) (Warehouse Operations)

Location: On-site in Shakopee, Minnesota, United States. Work takes place in warehouse, production-facility, and office environments.

Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Train, certify, and guide new hires and transferring employees on daily manufacturing and warehouse processes.
• Prepare, schedule, and conduct hands-on training with supporting documentation.
• Coach existing employees to improve skills, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Identify training gaps and opportunities to improve quality, safety, productivity, and operational performance.
• Support the Training Supervisor with process improvements and implementation of new procedures.
• Interpret, enter, and verify data in application-based systems while following SOPs and work instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on-site in Shakopee, Minnesota, in warehouse, production, and office environments.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand work instructions, safety rules, and training materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and accurate data-entry ability.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 25 pounds independently or 50+ pounds with a team lift.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System, such as D365.
• Familiarity with warehouse quality and safety standards, including dock safety, packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to safely handle materials and use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Experience in a regulated environment following ISO, FDA, or similar documented standards.
• Familiarity with audio and visual products, including hearing aids, gaming equipment, or enterprise audio and visual solutions.
