Branch Trainer (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; onsite warehouse work

Salary: $22.75–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Train and mentor new hires during their first months, coordinating schedules and reinforcing quality and productivity standards.
• Retrain low-performing team members, provide feedback, and support performance improvement.
• Work with supervisors and branch leadership to improve warehouse productivity and daily operations.
• Train team members on productivity, quality, safety, and company core values.
• Support a safe work environment through retraining, team meetings, and safety activities.
• Perform warehouse functions across shipping, replenishment, receiving, dock, inventory, and other assigned areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current team member with preferably more than 12 months in the current position, a recent performance evaluation score of at least 3.0, and no corrective action above Coach Counsel within the last 6 months.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and machinery, with the ability to operate machinery within the location.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, multitasking, and team-development abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Catalyst.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English; able to bend, twist, reach, push, lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours daily, and work up to 6 days per week.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of lead experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.
