Operations Trainer (Warehouse)

Location: On-site in Romeoville, Illinois, United States. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, with flexibility required to work across multiple temperature zones and potentially travel to other distribution centers.

Pay: $27.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Train new hires across all operations shifts and temperature zones using the designated curriculum and SOPs.
• Train transfers and retrain associates who are not meeting performance standards.
• Monitor training completion and performance progression, maintaining all required documentation.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, attendance, and a positive workplace attitude.
• Communicate employee progress, risks, and concerns to zone supervisors and contribute to 30/60/90-day reviews.
• Cross-train employees and support warehouse operations when training activities are not being conducted.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and across multiple temperature zones.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight time constraints and draw valid conclusions from data.
• Completion of KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.
