Production Trainer (Aerospace)

Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $27.00–$37.69 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for production assemblers and technicians.
• Develop, schedule, maintain, and update training plans based on production requirements.
• Coordinate classroom training, monitor effectiveness, and modify plans as needed.
• Provide feedback on trainee efficiency and qualifications, and release qualified trainees to independent production work.
• Execute cross-training and retraining plans aligned with value-stream initiatives and efficiency standards.
• Support safe, compliant production and escalate personnel issues to supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience working in a production setting.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and manufacturing techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, arm-hand steadiness, and required visual capabilities.
• Only US Persons may be considered where access to Controlled Data or Information is required; ITAR restrictions apply.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, use required PPE, lift and push up to 40 pounds, and work overtime when necessary.

Nice to have

• IPC soldering and/or rework/repair certification.
