Logistics Night Shift Local Job Trainer (Manufacturing)

Location: Richmond, United States; onsite factory or warehouse work required

Salary: $27.50 per hour plus a 10% shift differential

What you will do

• Deliver hands-on operator training and floor coaching in high-volume production and warehouse environments.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, quality, and standardized work instructions.
• Conduct cross-shift training, corrective retraining, and SOP reinforcement to reduce errors and improve consistency.
• Create and update training materials with engineering, operations, maintenance, and global teams.
• Communicate process and quality updates and recommend improvements based on training feedback.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success delivering training in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour, non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• The role is intended for a local workforce in Richmond; United States military veterans and service members are actively encouraged to apply.

• TWI experience.
• Military experience at the E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3 rank with appropriate education.
