Operations Trainer

Location: Chino, California; on-site

Pay range: $25.00–$28.00 per year

What you will do

• Train new hires across all operations shifts and temperature zones.
• Train transfers and retrain associates who are not meeting performance standards.
• Deliver onboarding using the training curriculum, SOPs, communication scripts, and procedures.
• Monitor training tasks and performance progression schedules, complete documentation, and communicate progress or concerns to zone supervisors.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, attendance, and a positive work environment.
• Cross-train employees and assist warehouse operations when training duties are not being performed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and in multiple temperature zones.
• Ability to present information, answer questions, prioritize multiple projects, and work independently.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Completion of KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.
