IT Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Working from home on Wednesdays is generally available, while Fridays depend on the work and partner teams.

Base salary: $194,000–$220,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact IT programs and cross-functional initiatives involving Infrastructure, AI adoption, Security, Product, Workplace, PeopleOps, Legal, and other partners.
• Own visible IT processes and improve the broader TPM process portfolio through repeatable program management practices.
• Coordinate program communications, align stakeholders, unblock teams, and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Drive adoption of IT policies, practices, and procedures through influence and education.
• Help shape the TPM operating model, planning cadences, documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience, including meaningful experience working in or alongside IT organizations.
• Experience leading complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives with limited direction and high autonomy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into actionable plans.
• Experience across IT Infrastructure, Identity & Access, Networking, Automations, and Support.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to apply them to productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
• PMP or ITIL certification.
