Senior Technical Program Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Remote within the United States, with eligible locations including Poughkeepsie, Lowell, Rochester, Tucson, Research Triangle Park, Armonk, Boston, Bellevue, Atlanta, San Jose, Dallas, Austin, San Francisco, and Seattle. Some travel may be required based on business demand.

Salary: $131,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Drive critical, cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product, Security, and partner organizations.
• Own end-to-end planning, prioritization, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks while making technical decisions that keep programs on schedule.
• Coordinate multi-quarter initiatives involving AI features, platform reliability, security, disaster recovery, and streaming infrastructure.
• Run cross-functional meetings, bug triage, roadmap alignment, and delivery decision-making.
• Build operational dashboards and help dependent teams align priorities and unblock roadmap needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of technical program management experience driving complex, end-to-end programs across organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking fundamentals and familiarity with AI/ML system concepts.
• Experience managing cloud platform engineering projects and cross-team operations.
• Experience with Jira, BigQuery, Google Apps Script, data analysis, dashboards, and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms or infrastructure programs.
• Experience with frontend or backend software development, DevOps engineering, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
