Talent Acquisition Director

Location: Irving, TX 75038, United States; approximately 20–30% travel may be required, including occasional overnight and air travel.

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Partner with executives, HR, and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and establish recruiting priorities across business units.
• Lead recruiting operations, workforce planning, sourcing, employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding processes.
• Build talent pipelines for technical, operational, engineering, and leadership roles through direct sourcing, referrals, universities, military programs, and industry partnerships.
• Manage recruiting metrics, dashboards, ATS and HR technology, vendor relationships, and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team while advising leaders on labor markets, compensation, job grading, pay equity, and hiring strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success developing enterprise recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
• Experience implementing ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, talent analytics, and scalable recruiting processes.
• Experience managing recruiting teams in multi-location environments.
• Strong executive presence, business acumen, communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or comparable HR/Talent Acquisition certification.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, and pay equity analysis.
• Experience leading recruitment transformation, process improvement, or ATS/CRM implementations.
