Director, Talent Management

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with client demand, workforce trends, business priorities, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent needs, identify capability gaps, generate market intelligence, and surface client revenue opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology consulting roles, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build external talent pipelines and networks across priority industries, functions, skill sets, and markets.
• Support consultant engagement, development, retention, redeployment, and matching of skills to client requirements.
• Monitor pipeline health, deployment activity, retention trends, and workforce gaps while improving processes and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Required experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Demonstrated success developing talent strategies that support client demand, workforce needs, and business growth.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, consultant engagement, deployment, retention, and pipeline development.
• Experience with modern talent acquisition technology, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hireEZ.
• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution is preferred.
