Talent Acquisition Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute technician recruiting strategies aligned with Service objectives, regional hiring needs, market demands, and growth plans.
• Create workforce plans across regions, markets, and skill levels using hiring trends, labor-market insights, skill gaps, and retention opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters supporting Service and Installation hiring.
• Build talent pipelines through trade schools, workforce-development programs, military recruiting, apprenticeships, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
• Strengthen the employer brand and employee value proposition through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Improve technician first-year retention, recruiting processes, candidate experience, reporting, dashboards, and talent technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Two or more years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Strong stakeholder-management, influencing, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with recruiting technology, reporting, and talent analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting skilled trades, service technicians, field service, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or operational talent.
• Experience building apprenticeship, internship, technical-school partnership, or military recruiting programs.
• Knowledge of labor-market trends affecting technician talent.
