What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy across open roles, from sourcing through offer and closing.
- Recruit for software engineering and technical roles and evaluate candidates with sufficient technical fluency.
- Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to define hiring needs and run efficient recruiting processes.
- Use AI tools for job-post writing, candidate screening, summaries, and repetitive workflow automation.
- Own onboarding through the first 90 days and manage offboarding logistics.
- Build employer-brand and inbound talent marketing programs while tracking funnel metrics such as time to fill and offer acceptance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership of recruiting strategy.
- Direct experience recruiting software engineering candidates and partnering with engineering leaders.
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and comparable platforms.
- Experience with Rippling Recruiter or a comparable ATS.
- Daily comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows.
- Ability to operate autonomously and set direction with minimal oversight.

- Experience in a growth-stage software or SaaS company.
- Experience building or running employer-brand or talent-marketing programs.
- Multifamily, proptech, or B2B SaaS industry experience.
