Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote in Alabama, United States; travel within Alabama is required

hirify.global provides credit union financial services and is hiring a talent acquisition professional to support recruiting operations and strategy.

What you will do

• Develop innovative search techniques, proactive outreach, and candidate search campaigns.
• Engage candidates through professional and social networks, job fairs, community events, and other networking activities.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines in the HRIS recruitment system.
• Collaborate with Human Resources leadership, marketing, branding, and hiring managers on recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives.
• Track and analyze sourcing and attraction programs, report recruiting trends, and recommend improvements.
• Represent the Avadian brand and provide an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring compliance with hiring laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with a wide range of sourcing channels and search engines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, relationship-building, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Alabama and travel within the state; ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
