Talent Acquisition Lead

What you will do

• Develop short- and long-term workforce plans with senior stakeholders, aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and complex roles while improving candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and regional early-career programs through relationships with universities and external communities.
• Lead the regional implementation of the talent acquisition model and manage agency relationships and governance.
• Track hiring metrics, analyze talent data and market trends, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processes and contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, HR, and workforce planning.
• Experience with strategic and operational recruitment.
• Experience managing or partnering with vendors.
• Exposure to early-career programs or talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, USA.
