Senior FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Location: Estonia (Remote); remote-first work with the option to use an office where available in the employee’s location.

Salary: €90,000–€130,000 gross per year, depending on skills, experience, and work location.

What you will do

• Build and own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop driver-based ARR and revenue models covering new business, expansion, downsell, churn, pricing, customers, and partners.
• Establish SaaS performance frameworks covering retention, unit economics, sales efficiency, Rule of 40, and R&D investment performance.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews, explain variances, and recommend actions for risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product/R&D, Accounting, and Data/BI on forecasting, investment decisions, KPI reconciliation, and reporting.
• Prepare management, Board, and investor materials and build scalable, increasingly automated FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or another recurring-revenue business.
• Experience owning financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year plans linked to P&L, cash flow, and business performance.
• Strong understanding of ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, expansion, CAC payback, gross margin, and sales efficiency.
• Experience with financial controls, data reconciliation, KPI governance, and operational, CRM, BI, and accounting data.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, strong data fluency, and experience with ERP, CRM, and BI environments.
• Ability to work remotely from Estonia and collaborate in an international, multi-entity environment.

• Experience in an international, multi-currency SaaS business or partner-led commercial model.
• Experience implementing or improving FP&A, planning, or management-reporting systems.
• SQL or experience with FP&A planning platforms.
• Exposure to due diligence, fundraising, or transaction-readiness activities.

Hiring process

• Final interviews with the founders, investors, and CFO; a practical exercise may be included.
