Senior FP&A Analyst

hirify.global is hiring for a finance role within its Strategic Finance & Planning department.

What you will do

• Partner with senior business leaders, understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and translate financial and operational performance into recommendations.
• Own budget and forecast development, maintenance, and financial performance management for the assigned business area.
• Frame and solve high-priority financial and operational questions, identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Build reporting, metrics, and data foundations, including defining measurements, sourcing data, and creating initial solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives, business cases, investment requirements, and return evaluations.
• Support resource allocation and prioritization by comparing alternative uses of capital and capacity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, Big Four, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar field.
• Strong hands-on financial modeling capability and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and across functions, operate in ambiguity, and understand operational detail.
• Ability to present financial insights to senior business leaders and continuously improve processes through streamlining and automation.
