Location: Hybrid, must be based in or be able to work from the Brooklyn HQ 2-3 days per week

Salary: $150k - $165k OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Finance partner for business functions, influencing strategic decision-making and building relationships with department leaders.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecast processes, developing scenario analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue leadership to track sales planning, bookings, pipeline, and AE productivity.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and support executive presentations and strategic planning.
• Manage headcount planning and resource allocation across the organization.
• Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, forecasting, and analytical workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales or Revenue leadership on pipeline and productivity analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in using AI tools for automation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
