Senior FP&A Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote; work wherever you want. Synchronous collaboration is mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT, with asynchronous work across time zones.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Support the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast, including planning calendars, templates, working sessions, and consolidation.
• Maintain and extend the three-statement financial model and support long-range planning and scenario modeling.
• Own departmental financial alignment across Growth, Product, Engineering, People, and Customer Success.
• Monitor spend, vendor requests, renewals, headcount, budgets, and emerging variances against plan.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, reporting packages, and investor and board materials.
• Improve and automate recurring reporting in Aleph and Omni.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with direct exposure to a full planning cycle.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills and the ability to build maintainable financial tools.
• Experience partnering with non-finance leaders, explaining financial concepts clearly, and addressing spending variances.
• Ability to work proactively in an environment where processes may need to be created.
• Experience in a subscription, SaaS, or fintech business.
• SQL and familiarity with BI tools, modern ERP or planning tools, and procurement or spend management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Omni, Looker, Rillet, NetSuite, Aleph, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Zip, Coupa, Airbase, or Navan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
