TL;DR
Director of FP&A and Analytics (SaaS): Leading the consolidated FP&A and Analytics team to provide financial insight and planning for a global employment platform with an accent on scalable decision-making and pricing strategy. Location: Remote (Must be based within +5 / -5 UTC)
Compensation: Spain €100K–€125K, Poland PLN 350K–420K, UK £100K–£120K

What you will do
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight and influence strategic operational decisions.
- Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments.
- Prepare financial reporting and performance insights for Board materials and investor updates.
- Govern pricing decisions and commercial insights through the Deal Desk framework.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and scalable workflows to improve analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance with leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of leading teams within a global, remote-first environment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue metrics, and unit economics.
- Strong proficiency in financial statements, cash flow management, and accounting principles.
- Must be based within +5 / -5 UTC.
- English: Fluency in written and spoken English required.

- Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence and planning tools.
