Director of FP&A and Analytics (SaaS)

Location: Remote from anywhere, including Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom; must be based within +5 / -5 UTC

Salary: Spain €100K–€125K; Poland PLN 350K–PLN 420K; United Kingdom £100K–£120K

What you will do

• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, performance management, and spend visibility across the business.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, commercial opportunities, due diligence, and M&A.
• Prepare financial reporting and performance insights for business reviews, Board materials, and investor updates.
• Lead pricing analytics and commercial insights through the Deal Desk framework.
• Drive AI, automation, scalable workflows, finance systems, and business reporting improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a global, remote-first environment.
• Experience leading company-wide planning, forecasting, and business performance processes in a high-growth business.
• Strong business partnering, commercial acumen, and understanding of SaaS models, recurring revenue metrics, unit economics, and growth drivers.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow management, foreign exchange, accounting principles, finance systems, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and availability within +5 / -5 UTC are required.
