Operations- Emerging Leaders Program (Manufacturing Engineering)

Location: Beavercreek Township, Ohio, USA; Alpha/Beavercreek facility. The program may require relocation immediately or in the future, and flexibility regarding location preferences is expected.

Annual base salary: $77,000–$85,000 for technical/engineering degrees; $68,000–$71,000 for business non-technical degrees.

Requirements

• Complete or be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
• Proven leadership experience and a desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethics, passion for innovation, and willingness to take on additional challenges.
• Willingness to relocate immediately or in the future and remain flexible regarding location.
