What you will do

• Assist with manufacturing improvement projects.
• Support process and workflow improvements to make production safer, more efficient, and more productive.
• Collaborate with sustaining and quality teams on cross-functional projects.
• Observe manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and manage projects effectively.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
