Software Engineer II (AI, Python, Typescript)

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, test, debug, document, and implement software systems.
• Define technical requirements and coordinate with users and technical support areas.
• Analyze and resolve advanced defects and incidents.
• Monitor system health, alerts, and observability signals.
• Work independently on scoped and loosely scoped engineering problems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Four additional years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, REST or GraphQL APIs, Terraform or AWS CDK, and relational or document databases.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with familiarity with React or Node.
• Experience with Kafka, automated and unit testing, Git, CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and observability platforms.
• Experience with programmatic LLM interactions, agentic design, and prompt generation and refinement.
