Vice President, CuraScript Specialty Distribution (CSD), Business Operations

Location: Lake Mary, Florida, United States; occasional or permanent work from home may be available subject to cable or fiber internet requirements of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Salary: $203,600–$339,300 annual, depending on experience and geographic location, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Partner with the President and executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish operating frameworks, governance models, performance management practices, and scalable processes.
• Lead pricing administration, master data management, contract administration, customer onboarding, and data governance.
• Develop business insights, performance metrics, reporting, and data-informed strategies to improve operational, financial, and customer outcomes.
• Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across commercial, technology, finance, compliance, and enterprise functions.
• Build leadership capabilities, succession plans, talent strategies, and a high-performing organizational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy distribution is mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy distribution, operations, business management, or related industries.
• 7+ years leading managers and senior leaders across multiple functional areas.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational, commercial, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and executive stakeholder influence capabilities.

Nice to have

• Expertise in pricing administration, master data management, customer onboarding, contract administration, and data governance.
• Experience governing customer, product, supplier, pricing, and contract master data, including quality management and process standardization.
• Understanding of systems, controls, and data structures supporting specialty pharmaceutical distribution, pricing execution, and revenue management.
• Experience building scalable data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
