Vice President, Total Health Solutions & Occupational Health

Location: Tulsa, OK; fully remote with moderate overnight travel

Compensation: $185,000–$210,000 annual salary plus annual incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Total Health Solutions portfolio.
• Provide executive leadership and direct oversight for the Occupational Health program.
• Drive program growth through data analytics, outcomes research, utilization metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing on organizational strategy and business development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while evaluating service expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, or MHA in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience leading teams and large-scale healthcare programs.
• Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth.
• Strong executive leadership, presentation, communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, and change-management skills.
• Experience using data and analytics to guide decisions and measure program outcomes.
• Willingness to travel moderately, including overnight travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms.
