Vice President, Network Development & Contracting (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO (remote work from Missouri); travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $188,900–$359,800 per year.

What you will do

• Direct provider network strategy, access analysis, network operations, and contracting activities.
• Set the strategic vision, objectives, policies, procedures, production standards, and quality standards for the Contracting department.
• Lead network development across expansion markets, managing staff and external consultants.
• Analyze provider networks, reimbursement rates, claim trends, market information, costs, coverage, and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for network costs and provider contracts.
• Support market expansion, M&A due diligence, and health plan executive leadership through provider contract analysis and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in managed care network development and provider relations or contracting management in a healthcare or managed care environment.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
• MBA or MHA is preferred.
