Sr Manager Clinical Relations

Location: San Antonio, TX, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $80,337–$145,077 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program

What you will do

• Manage clinical operations implementation for new campuses and BSN online hub markets, including staff training, startup oversight, and float-pool coordination.
• Lead clinical coordination, business operations, analytics, reporting, dashboards, clinical inventory, and learning evaluation documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements across clinical coordination and partner management.
• Maintain clinical operations policies and monitor regulatory, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
• Build executive-level relationships with strategic healthcare partners and manage key clinical partner accounts.
• Hire, coach, and develop Clinical Coordination Specialists and other senior managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in clinical coordination, healthcare operations, and/or academic or practice partnerships.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory capacity.
• Experience leading high-performing teams, including hiring, accountability, coaching, and employee development.
• Experience managing relationships with and influencing external partners, with strong executive communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance standards, accreditation requirements, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
