Vice President, Member Enrollment & Billing (Healthcare)

Salary: $207,000–$392,100 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans for multi-region enrollment and billing operations.
• Oversee member enrollment, policy administration, claims processing, billing statements, and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure operational compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations through policies, audits, and issue resolution.
• Manage departmental budgets, analyze financial data, and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor KPIs, identify process improvements, and improve efficiency, accuracy, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations.
• Previous experience hiring, training, managing workload, and evaluating staff performance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing operations, and operational performance management.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management.
