Director, Duals Strategy & Policy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management and develop the national duals strategy across Medicare Advantage and related public policy priorities.
• Build policy-informed strategies and playbooks for use across multiple markets.
• Advise the DIO team on regulatory matters and their impact on business strategy.
• Manage stakeholder advisory groups and align preparation, representation, coordination, and communications with business leadership.
• Partner with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs on regulatory filings, requests, submissions, benefit changes, contracts, products, and amendments.
• Lead change management across the Medi-Cal team, functional areas, and California market to support program design and policy advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5–7 years of industry experience.
• Experience with program or project management, regulatory or compliance work, and federal, state, or regulatory policy.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and public speaking skills.
• 0–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• U.S. work authorization without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
