Production Manager (Residential Remodeling)

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin, United States; on-site

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Monitor the daily performance of installation and production employees and subcontractor crews.
• Communicate consistently with crews and customers to support positive experiences and accurate contract execution.
• Manage quality control across product ordering, receiving, delivery, and installation.
• Handle hiring and terminations for installers, subcontractors, and production employees.
• Review and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and production-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience resolving conflicts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
