Production Supervisor I (Manufacturing)

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for short-term and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations for a production shift across multiple manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, Operations Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and other departments to meet production schedules.
• Supervise production employees and manage onboarding, coaching, performance feedback, development, and progressive discipline.
• Monitor production records and performance data, and complete safety, productivity, and policy reports.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities covering safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory.
• Develop workforce capacity, coordinate parts flow, and resolve conflicts on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow established policies and procedures.
• Effective communication, relationship-building, accountability, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively while leading operational change.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP or an equivalent ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience as a team lead or project-team lead in an operational environment.
