Associate Researcher/Researcher, R&D

What you will do

• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments, including sample preparation, stability testing, and analysis.
• Transfer and optimize methods under coaching while producing reliable and reproducible results.
• Analyze experimental data using appropriate tools and statistical approaches.
• Document, compile, and summarize data from multiple experiments for review with managers and technical coaches.
• Communicate results, observations, and unexpected findings to managers, technical coaches, and project members.
• Perform work according to QA principles and safe laboratory practices, using relevant systems, methods, and equipment.

Requirements

• Polytechnic diploma in a science-related field.
• Relevant experience in life sciences or technology sectors and laboratory experience with independent method development and validation.
• Experience using data analysis tools such as Prism or Excel.
• Skills in data cleaning, transformation, and organizing structured datasets.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, self-leadership, prioritization, and independent working skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including collaboration with people from different cultures and organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with automation or high-throughput systems.
