What you will do

• Design and execute experiments aligned with the Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator research areas.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret complex biological and computational datasets to identify scientific insights and develop actionable hypotheses.
• Apply advanced experimental, computational, and AI-enabled discovery approaches to address fundamental scientific challenges.
• Collaborate with biologists, data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists on multidisciplinary research projects.
• Document and present findings through technical reports, internal reviews, and scientific forums.
• Develop experimental approaches and translate biological questions into computational frameworks and model-driven discovery experiments.

Requirements

• Diploma in Life Science, Applied AI, or a related field, with experience in Applied AI.
• Experience with Life Science principles and laboratory techniques such as cell-based assays and tissue models, preferably involving skin and hair follicle biology, or experience applying AI to Life Science and modeling biological systems.
• Ability to independently design, execute, and interpret experiments with strong scientific method and technical rigor.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, innovation, execution, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and interest in continuously developing technical expertise.
