Analyst, QC (Microbiology-Shift)

Location: Tuas, Singapore. Shift work is required.

What you will do

• Perform microbiology and environmental monitoring tests on raw materials, in-process samples, bulk products, and environmental samples.
• Conduct bioburden, LAL, microbial plating and counting, and microbial identification tests.
• Review, document, and report test results in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and approved methods.
• Monitor microbiological trends, identify unusual results, and support laboratory and environmental microbiology investigations.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and laboratory equipment, including unexpected or out-of-specification results.
• Participate in method transfer, method validation, equipment qualification, and QC equipment and reagent selection.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant experience and achievements appropriate to the final position level.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and area-specific responsibilities.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work the required shift schedule in Tuas, Singapore.
