What you will do

• Act as the primary client-facing contact throughout collaborative biologics programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and actionable plans with clients and scientific teams.
• Coordinate Quality Assurance, Process Development, Manufacturing, production, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee early-stage research and biologics production scale-up, identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to scientific publications, conference presentations, and webinars.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in antibody production, research, process development, or technical services.
• Experience with high-throughput and/or scale-up processes for biologics production.
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture systems and recombinant gene or protein production.
• Familiarity with industry practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for biologics production.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and client-facing project management skills.
