Senior Analyst, Digital Sales Strategy (MedTech)

Location: Irvine, California, United States of America, or New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America. May telecommute.

Salary: $115,000–$126,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze business performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Create Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards for business metrics and reporting.
• Use analytical insights to develop and improve digital sales and business strategies.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
• Lead critical projects and monitor medical technology industry and competitive trends.
• Prepare concise reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the offered role or a related Senior Analyst, Digital Sales Strategy position.
• Experience with business analysis in medical technology and healthcare.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP, BW, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Knowledge of Python, descriptive and inferential statistics, and predictive, diagnostic, descriptive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Experience with ISO 9001 medical technology regulation and FDA-regulated current Good Manufacturing Practices.
