Account Executive - Media Sales

Location: Youngstown, Ohio, United States; must be local to the Youngstown area or willing to work in-market

Salary: $40,000–$65,000 annualized, commensurate with experience and skills; 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

What you will do

• Prospect local business owners and decision-makers and build long-term relationships.
• Present advertising solutions across broadcast television, digital platforms, CTV/OTT, video, search, social, and digital display.
• Manage and grow a book of business with support from an experienced team.
• Track the sales pipeline, solve client problems, and close commission-generating deals.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, resilience, and confidence in a commission-driven role.
• Passion for sales, relationship-building, and client problem-solving.
• Prior sales experience is preferred, including media, insurance, B2B, or real estate sales.
• Must be local to the Youngstown area or willing to work in-market.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
