Digital Account Manager

Location: New York, NY; must work from a hirify.global office

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base pay annually, plus benefits

hirify.global operates multimedia advertising properties across digital, streaming, linear, social, experiential, and audio channels.

What you will do

• Manage key accounts for digital campaigns from post-sale execution through completion.
• Partner with Sales Account Executives on campaign planning, execution, and client objectives.
• Coordinate sponsorship executions across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance, recommend improvements, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop strategic analysis, reporting, and client recap reports during upfront seasons and scatter markets.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, marketing, research, analytics, Ad Ops, trafficking, inventory, and revenue management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with an agency, brand, or publisher.
• Knowledge of advertising solutions across social, audio, display, streaming video, experiential, and sports sponsorship platforms.
• Knowledge of digital video and advanced audience targeting, client campaign strategies, brand messaging, and integration expectations.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and willing to work from a hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel and advanced data tools.
• Media math experience.
