Leasing Agent

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; weekend work required.

Salary: $21.09–$25.30 hourly, plus eligibility for monthly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective residents to drive leasing performance.
• Present housing options, understand tenant needs, and encourage applications.
• Negotiate lease terms and explain leases and related documents.
• Conduct leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams throughout the application and leasing process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid state real estate license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends.
